Hey! I'm Paula
I moved to Medway in 2016 and moved to Dovetail a year later, after working in London law firms for 25 years. Best decision ever. I still get a kick out of driving through the Dockyard to get to work.
My role is Executive Assistant and I support the Executive Team and the Board involving anything from organising travel, swag drops and company offsites to taking minutes at Board meetings. Every day is different. The best skills I bring to the role are diplomacy, organisation, and a well-honed sense of humour.
The best thing about working at Dovetail is the people. Outside of work I love coastal walks, geocaching and planning our next family adventure.
