Hey! I'm Lindsey

My role includes leading the People, Recruitment and Facilities teams to ensure our people can work at their best every day.  I am a passionate people person and thrive on seeing individuals grow and develop to fulfil their potential.  I have been in HR for over 20 years now and my career has taken me through many industries, size and scale of organisations.  I have been fortunate to have led some amazing teams both in the UK and globally to drive people initiatives which facilitate exceptional business performance.  I love to continuously learn and I am also a qualified NVQ and training professional, with my most recent qualifications being an accredited practitioner in people profiling tools.

Outside of work I am a mum of 2 young children which keeps me super busy.  We are a very sporting family so spend most of our free time at football, netball, rugby or gymnastics.  I am a keen cook and baker when I have the time and we also love eating out as a family.  I am very social and spend most of my free time chilling with family and friends eating nice food!
