Talent Attraction Administrator

Team: Human Resources

Location: Historic Dockyard, Chatham, UK


We are looking for a highly organised, confident and creative Talent Attraction Administrator to join our growing video games company. The role involves managing the administration for the internal recruitment process and building our reach and following across our corporate social media pages. Reporting into the Talent Attraction Manager, you will be a great team player with the ability to build relationships quickly and easily, ideally with strong recruitment & administration experience and a passion for video games.

This is initially a 3 month contract, with a view to extend.

  • Manage the administration for the recruitment & selection process
    • Advertise roles to internal and external candidates across a range of media to attract high quality applications
    • Assist hiring managers in the shortlisting process
    • Arrange interviews and assessments with selected candidates
    • Ensure professional contact is maintained with all candidates from their initial application onwards
    • Collate and manage feedback, ensuring this is recorded and delivered to candidates as necessary
    • Check right to work documentation and undertake reference requests
    • Timely and efficient completion of all recruitment and new starter documentation including employment contracts and on-boarding documents
  • Undertake electronic and paper filing, photocopying and general administrative duties as required
  • Active involvement in the induction/on-boarding process for new hires
  • Ensure our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) is consistently communicated across all attraction methods and social media
  • Monitor social media activity and report on what works and what doesn’t, with recommendations
  • Grow the reach and following of our corporate social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc)
  • Contribute to the design of attractive, informative and engaging careers pages on our website and ensure they are up to date and relevant
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system


What we look for in you:

  • Strong HR or recruitment administration skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent IT skills, ideally experienced in using a recruitment ATS, Word, Excel and Photoshop
  • The ability to analyse data and produce informative reports
  • A keen and creative social media user with the ability to improve our existing pages and grow our reach
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Resourceful and shows initiative
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or similar) is beneficial
